1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and creating a study workspace on Revisly, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your profile console.
3. Permitted Use
Revisly is meant for personal academic study and revision purposes. Any attempt to abuse server actions, run malicious scripts, automate form submissions, or disrupt auth gateways is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Revisly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any study data loss, temporary service disruptions, or memory scheduling discrepancies. We encourage users to maintain secondary backups of critical study text.
5. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user profiles that violate these terms, attempt to bypass access controls, or degrade console performance for other scholars.
6. Policy Updates
We may update these terms occasionally to support new learning modules. Continued interaction with your study dashboard indicates acknowledgement of the modified terms.
